As long as you have internet access you can log into the online payroll portal at anytime and:
- Access your employees’ payslips and payroll documents
- Run your own payroll reports
- View amounts due to HMRC
You can easily submit your employee hours each pay period to us through the secure online portal.
You can instantly approve the payroll figures through your secure online employer dashboard, eliminating the need to send documents with sensitive personal information by email.
Employees can download their employee app on their smartphone or tablet giving them instant access to their payroll information – on the go.
Our services include:
- Process the payroll and calculate other deductions for you based on the information. Payslips and reports can be taken from the online portal.
- Produce and submit bank submission reports if required by the due date.
- We will make auto enrolment deductions and upload this information to the Pension provider.
- Notification of the required PAYE payment.
- Processing and submission of P45’s and P46’s for HM Revenue & Customs.
- We will complete the year-end P35 Annual Return and produce P14’s for submission to the Inland Revenue. Produce annual P60’s for distribution to all your staff.
- We will advise on payments to other bodies (e.g. Pension companies, Council tax, Attachment of Earnings) for each month/quarter.
